Say Joe, What Happened to All the Voters in South Carolina? Breaking down the Numbers of the SC Democrat Primary

The Biden campaign sunk significant amounts of resources into South Carolina, dispatching Vice President Kamala Harris four times to the state in the last five weeks and spending more than $400,000 on advertisements hoping to ramp up voter turnout for last week's Presidential Democrat Primary.
The time, resources and effort Biden and Kamala put into South Carolina, there is no way they or the party leaders can be happy with the results.
Although they will focus on the 95 percent of the vote win, the real story is the lack of enthusiasm with only 132,000 voters, 4.1 percent of South Carolina registered voters turnout vs 540,062 voters, 16.3 percent voter turnout in 2020 when Biden won the last time.
When you compare those numbers to previous Democrat primaries it looks like this:
In 2016, 373,063 voters, 12.6 percent of South Carolina registered voters turned out for the Democrat primary in a contest featuring Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
In 2008, 532,151 voters, 23 percent of South Carolina registered voters turned out for the Democrat primary in a contest featuring Barak Obama, Hilary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.
There are a little more than 3.4 million registered voters in South Carolina, and Joe Biden received 126,441 votes this primary vs 262,336 in 2020 primary. That's 135,895 less votes.
I'm no math whiz. I went to junior college, but I don't think that adds up to the enthusiastic turnout they wanted.
So, what happened? Why the low voter turnout?
Jaime Harrison, Democrat National Committe Chair suggests it was minority voter suppression! Calling it "Disgusting" the consolidating of precincts to confuse voters.

“We see it time and time again in the South, and it has to stop,” he said. “We see it in places where there are Black and brown voters. So, if people believe in freedom, then demonstrate that – not through your words, demonstrate it through your actions. Make it easier for people to vote in this country, not harder.”
They have nearly two weeks of early voting, but I guess Harrison doesn't think that's enough time to figure it out. Are your constituents really that stupid, they can't figure out where to go vote in two weeks time? I doubt it, but apparently, he thinks they are.
It's either one of two things, there is no energy or enthusiasm in the Democrat party with Biden for 2024, or 130,000 democrats are coming in the next week to vote for Nikki Haley in the Republican Party.
While I know there are a few coming to vote for Nikki Haley, I don't believe it's five percent of 130,000 voters that didn't cast votes for Joe Biden this time. I'm going with he's just not that popular.
New polling from NBC, that they were completely freaking out about on NBC's Meet the Press Sunday, shows Trump with a five-point lead and Biden's approval rating has dropped to the lowest level of his presidency with a disapproval rating in the 60 percentile.
The poll also shows Trump leading in every policy issue, except abortion with a 22-point lead on the handling of the economy and a 30-point lead on the handling of immigration and the economy.
