An Appeal to Heaven

This book was given to me by a good friend of mine. It was a good read about a great flag from the founding fathers of the United States of America. I'll admit, I didn't know anything about the flag, but it's a flag of great importance once flown by George Washington during the Revolutionary War.

"Having exhausted all peaceful possibilities of experiencing the liberty they so desired, the colonists realized their only hope for freedom was through war. Yet with Britain's great military, weaponry, and wealth, contrasted by the colonist's dire lack of these resources, any military attempt to break free from British rule was preposterous, even laughable, laughable, that is, unless Almighty God intervened.

The stance of the colonists was simple. Their right to freedom came from God; He would help them. 'We will appeal to heaven!' they declared.

And a flag was born."

Ever since the Pilgrims arrived at Plymouth Rock, God has had His hand in the founding of America.

This flag holds great significance as it relates to the founding of America, God's eternal covenants and our present battle for the soul of the nation.

Most don't know about the significance of this flag, but every God-fearing freedom loving American patriot should. Be warned though, the Marxist history revisionists are trying to write this flag up as a symbol of racism before you discover it. Shocking...

Our country doesn't need a revision of history it needs a revival and an Appeal to Heaven.
